**搜了好多答案，有的说是servlet-api jar包冲突，排除这个，但是不管用。**

但是同样一个项目在windwos eclipse里面可以正常运行，在idea下报此错误，但是在mac idea下又运行正常，所以应该是环境或者版本tomcat版本问题导致的。

**而springboot使用的是内置tomcat容器，这应该和电脑上装的tomcat应该不影响啊？！**想一想mac和windows也只有jdk和tomcat安装的不一样了。

最后在pom里面排除内置tomcat的依赖，指定容器为jetty，居然成功了！！！

配置如下
